Join Claire from Boterboemstudio to make your own clay fairy house in your own style.
The workshop covers
 
- An overview of air-dry clay. It's properties and uses.
 
- we'll start making our Woodland Toadstool Jar Houses which light up.  We'll use a glass jar as a base and cover it with clay and make little items such as ladybirds and flowers to decorate it. This will be completed step-by-step with full guidance throughout.
 
- We'll have a little break in the middle for beverages and biscuits- which are complimentary. 
 
-If there's enough time, we'll make a couple of extra clay items such as a little toadstool or house. 
 
-you'll take away your sculpted Woodland Toadstool Jar House. I'll discuss how long it takes to dry, the best place to leave it to dry etc.
 
- I'll provide a full kit of paint, glue ,felt for base of jar and any thing else which you need to complete your jar at home. There'll be some written instructions too.
 
Please bring a container to put your Woodland Toadstool Jar in to transport it home. Plastic or metal would work well. Measuring at least 20 x 12 x 12 cm. "
