You’ve dipped your pen into the world of hand lettering and now it’s time to build your style, yourrhythm, and your signature creative voice.
In this follow-up session, we’ll go deeper into skill development with guided practice, playful experimentation, and loads of hands-on techniques designed to bring your words to life through powerful, personality-packed lettering.
During the workshop we will cover:
Lettering Variations: Master lowercase, uppercase, all-caps, and playful drop shadow techniques that add depth and pop to your pieces. 
Style Exploration: Try out flourishes, swirls, bold blocks, soft curves, and harsh lines to discover what feels most “you”. 
Emotive Typography: Match the style of your letters to the mood of your message (making your words feel the way they’re meant to be heard). 
Composition Confidence: Learn how to sketch, space, and layout your Artfirmation from blank page to polished piece, with structure that feels intentional but free. 
From Practice to Print: By the end of the session, you’ll have the confidence and ability to design and create a complete hand-lettered Artfirmation from scratch using your own words, built with clarity, meaning, and creative identity (and a few less wobbles than the first one)! 
This workshop is your next step from the beginner basics we did in the first one as a creative, collaborative space to refine your technique, experiment with new ideas, and carve out time for mindful, meaningful making together. 
Bring your workbook, your favourite pens (if you’ve found your ink filled soulmate) and your beautiful brain. (Ooo and have a think about any little phrases/quotes/messages that connect with you to practise with).
